How often should my lift be serviced?
As a minimum we recommend 2 service visits per year, however, this all depends on the age of your equipment and how often it is used.
How long will my lift be off during the service?
A basic service for up to 6 floors should take approximately 45 mins to an hour.
What type of lifts can Queensland Elevators maintain?
We maintain all brands and styles of lifts – hydraulic, traction, water, screw, stair chairs, dumbwaiters etc.

Can you do a one off service on my lift without having to be under contract?
Yes, we can do anything from a one off service out of contract up to a 10 year comprehensive agreement.
What areas do you service?
Currently servicing northern NSW to Rockhampton out to Emerald and Toowoomba.
Can we modernise our elevator without replacing the entire lift?
Yes, we are happy to work with you and your budget. We can modernise everything from cosmetic upgrades (finishes, buttons, displays etc.), electrical upgrades to meet current codes including drive and machines to a complete refurbishment where most of your redundant equipment is replaced.
